Cancellation & Refund Policy

Domestic Tours (Rajasthan, Kashmir, Goa, Kerala, Himachal):

• 15 Days or more before departure: 90% refund of advance deposit (10% standard admin fee retained).
• 14 to 7 Days before departure: 50% refund of total package value.
• Less than 7 Days / No Show: Non-refundable as hotel rooms and driver slots are pre-blocked.

International Tours (Dubai, Bali, Thailand):

• Tourist Visa fees and flight tickets are non-refundable once processed.
• Hotel and land package refunds follow respective airline/international partner conditions.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds are credited back to the traveler’s original bank account / UPI within 5 to 7 working days.
